CEO – Joe Tai, Ph.D.
Dr. Joe Tai is the CEO of Dingware. Dr. Tai has successfully invented, patented, manufactured, and commercialized several innovative consumer products, which won INPEX Invention Gold Medals. Dr. Tai was frequently featured on media, including TV shows, newspaper articles, radio shows and business magazines. He also has extensive experience in intellectual property law. Joe received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from U.C. Davis, California and received his doctorate degree in Law from the School of Law of Golden Gate University, California.
VP of Operations – Jonathan Cheung
Jonathan Cheung is the Vice President of Operations of Dingware. He has experience in strategy and operations consulting helping clients deliver business impact in the areas of sales, channels, service and support operations through executing on business and technology initiatives. He co-founded Quosap, a social collaborative platform that streamlines the buying and selling of goods and services for business-to-business transactions in the construction industry. Prior to joining Quosap, Jonathan was an Associate at KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice. He earned his BS in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley and is a CFA Charterholder.

Founder of One-and-Only.com (now known as Match.com), which became the largest online dating site of the 90s with only $100K in capital. Sold in 1999 for $47 million. Will has launched several consumer internet projects, including vChatter.com, which became one of the largest Facebook video chatting site with over 5 million users and YoYoBrain.com a self study site.
Angel investments include CriticalWatch, an enterprise security software company, Bourbon and Boots (Fab meets Southern Living), and DishCrawl (local foodie events). Will actively codes and prefers to invest in projects that he can also contribute to personally.

Minh Nguyen is a well-rounded Business Development Manager at Advantage Sales & Marketing with sales and national category management experience in retail, food services and consumer product goods (CPG) industries. Minh spent part of his early career in Category Management at Safeway Inc. and Sysco Foods Corporation. He has overseen and managed businesses with increasing responsibility of over $750 million in annual sales. Minh has worked with a variety of businesses, including Household Care, Health Care, and both Perishable and Non-Perishable Grocery. His expertise in designing and implementing strategies has helped drive sales, profitability and market share.
Nai-Yu Pai has more than 30 years of accounting and auditing experience. He is the founder of Pai Accountancy, LLP, and has served on the Board of Directors for a number of technology companies, including JA Solar, Sigrity, Inc., and Vivente, Inc. He is also a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and founder and member of the Board of Directors of Authenex and Gaia Interactive. As a consultant, he has assisted a number of companies with fundraising and mergers and acquisitions, such as Marvell Semiconductor, @Road, Silicon Motion Inc, Accton Technology Corp., Amlogic, Global Manufacture and others. Mr. Pai is a certified public accountant who holds a Master’s Degree in accounting from Saint John’s University in New York, where his primary area of emphasis in taxation and auditing. He also holds another Master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
Kao-Chih Syao received his B.S. degree in physics from National Taiwan University, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern University. He then received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and joined Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies as a research scientist. He received the“Technology Achievement Award” from The International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE) for the contributions in integrated optoelectronics. In 2006, he decided to apply his statistics background to a finance career so he joined Haas school of business in U.C. Berkeley for a Master in Financial Engineering degree. In 2007, he joined Citi Private Bank as a VP and was responsible for investment management. Currently, he is a SVP of Dekso international. He holds CFA and FRM (Financial Risk Manager) designations.
Dung Dao is an National Account Executive at Procter & Gamble – managing businesses worth over $800 million in sales annually across well-known brands such as Febreze®. With expertise in the Consumer Package Goods industry and retailing, Dung has experiences working with many of the largest retailers in the United States including Walmart Inc, Target, Family Dollar, Dollar General and Kroger across a number of businesses ranging from Health Care to Pet Food to Household Care.
